Delivery
All UK orders are shipped with Yodel unless stated otherwise on the product page. Deliveries to other countries may use a different courier. Please see the shipping details on checkout for more information.
All orders over £100 are eligible for free standard shipping, and all orders over £150 are eligible for free expedited shipping.
You will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order upon dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, BeFloorless accept no responsibility for any delays or lost packages. Please contact the courier directly with any questions or concerns regarding the delivery of your shipment.
Returns
Due to the print on demand nature of our business, unfortunately we operate a strict no returns or refunds policy unless your product is defective, in which case your item shall be resent.
Please email [email protected] explaining your situation, containing photographs of the defective item and your order number. If your product is determined as defective by a member of our team, they will be back in touch as soon as possible to organise your replacement at no extra cost to yourself.
