Yes, you can create a wishlist and save products for later purchase. Simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page.
Product availability is indicated on the product page. If a product is in stock, you will see a “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, you may see a notification or the option to be notified when it’s back in stock.
Yes, you can make purchases as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders, and access exclusive offers.
Unfortunately, due to continued issues with our previous UK-based manufacturer, in January 2026 we had to switch to a new manufacturer overseas to continue providing the high levels of quality that we pride ourselves on.
Your BeFloorless experience remains unchanged, however. Although postage from overseas costs more money, we have taken the decision to offset this increase in shipping costs into our profit margins – meaning you receive your products in the same timeframe as usual without paying a penny more.

Yes, you can apply a coupon code during the checkout process. Simply enter the code in the designated field.
If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again or choose a different payment method. Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.
Order Returns
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our current business model, we are unfortunatley unable to accept returns as we do not have the means to store your orders. In the extremely rare case that your item has arrived defective, please email [email protected] with your order number, a brief explanation of what the issue is alongside photos that clearly show the problem and we will work alongside you to ensure a replacement gets sent out to you as soon as possible at no extra cost to yourselves.

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our current business model, we are unable to exchange your order once the order has been placed. If you have noticed that you have made a mistake with your order, please notify the team as early as possible on [email protected] and we will try our hardest to accomodate – please note that if you order has already been sent to our manufacturing team for production, we may be unable to accomodate your request – therefore it is imperative to double check your order before placing it to ensure you are happy with what you receive.
